On Tuesday 11th May 2010, Nealson Oneal Mason, 31 yrs of Tudor Bridge, St. Michael, was arrested and charged for the following offences:• Burglary which occurred between the 5th and 6th days of May 2010, where he entered the building known as “The Corner Store” situated at Trafalgar Street, St. Michael, and stole Bds $455.94; and • Assault to Prevent Lawful Apprehension of Himself: he on 10-05-06 assaulted Terri Yearwood a Police Constable with intent to prevent the lawful apprehension of himself.
Mason appeared before Magistrate Christopher Birch at the District A Magistrate Court and was remanded to the Psychiatric Hospital until 3rd June 2010 to re-appear at the District A Magistrate Court.
