ROAD FATALITY AT HANSON HILL, ST. GEORGE

The Royal Barbados Police Force is investigating a collision which occurred about 4.25 pm on Tuesday 27^th July 2010, along Hanson Hill, St. George involving two motor vehicles and which resulted in a fatality.

A Ford Explorer vehicle driven by Mr. Mario Daniel-Hood 29 years of Eden Lodge, St. Michael collided with a Suzuki motor car driven by the deceased Mr. Sylvester Browne, in his early sixties, of Midway Lane, Pinelands, St. Michael. In the front passenger seat of the Suzuki was the Honorable Mr. Hamilton Lashley M.P.

Mr. Daniel-Hood complained of injuries to his hip and legs, and Mr. Lashley complained of injuries to his head and right arm. Both persons were taken to the QEH by ambulances. A check at the hospital later in the night revealed that they both were in stable condition.
